Rowan Campbell, wife of Fantasea CEO Hume Campbell, is uniquely qualified for her special culinary role and is now writing a MV Fantasea Ammarì Cookery Book - available soon! Rowan is a Lecturer and PhD candidate in Nutrition and Dietetics with a special interest in Food Science and Food Culture at Griffith University of Queensland's Gold Coast. Her interest in our guest dining experience is reflected in her commitment to working with our Chefs with whom she discusses the latest culinary inventions.
